USA Shipping Information
All orders placed BEFORE 2:00 PM CST are packed and shipped the same day unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering.
Orders placed AFTER 2:00 PM CST, will be processed the following working day, adding 1 working day to the shipping service. When selecting 'Express Shipping (next working day)' - orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on a Friday, will be shipped on the next working day which is the following Monday (excluding bank holidays, in which case it will be the next working day).
Orders over $99.99 will ship for free with a standard shipping method such as UPS Ground service. Delivery time depending on your location from our warehouse can take up to 5 business days. Expedited shipping options will still be available for an additional cost.
The delivery time of your package primarily depends on the shipping carrier and the service level selected at checkout. When selecting the shipping method for your package, please keep in mind that most carriers do not work on weekends or major holidays. When carriers quote shipping days, they are referring to business days.
Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed. There are unforeseen circumstances that could delay your shipment.
If you require 1 business day delivery, please choose UPS Next Day as your shipping method. USPS Express is NOT a guaranteed 1 business day delivery method and can take up to 2 business days to deliver.

International Shipping Information
We offer international shipping to almost anywhere around the world. These services are based on the weight of your order, which is calculated at the checkout. If you are located in Europe, please be sure to order through www.autofinesse.co.uk.
When choosing a shipping provider for your international shipment, we highly recommend choosing UPS over USPS. USPS may offer cheaper options, but the service will usually be slower and less reliable. If USPS First-Class International service is chosen, please note that this service is not fully trackable to certain countries and we will not be held responsible for undelivered packages shipped by this service. Please use USPS First-Class International at your own risk.
Shipping charges do not include any duties, customs charges, or brokerage fees that may accompany your shipment; all importation fees assessed by the shipping carrier, local or national governments are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be paid or reimbursed by Auto Finesse. If a package is refused rather than pay any importation fees, Auto Finesse reserves the right to deduct the cost of the return shipment, including customs clearance charges, from your product refund or abandon the package with no refund when the cost of return shipping is more than the original order.
If your shipment becomes damaged or lost in transit, please notify one of our customer service representatives immediately. Do not discard any boxes or packaging materials that were included with the shipment. In order to fully process a damage claim, all original products and packaging materials must be provided. Auto Finesse is not liable for damage claims that are denied due to customer negligence.
Please do not contact us or request a change or lower invoice amount from your order total to avoid paying higher duties in your country. Such requests will not be honored and simply ignored.
We are sorry but we are unable to offer free returns. All returns must be made at your own cost, please use a standard trackable service and retain your proof of purchase until you recieve your full refund from Auto Finesse. You must return faulty or unwanted goods to:

IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE
Auto Finesse reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us as the customer was unable to take delivery of the parcel for any reason. Courier returned items will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to re-place the order to have the item reshipped. If a customer inputs any incorrect details on their order, which causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly, we will not hold any responsibility for this parcel.
