Points can be earned every time you make a purchase from us.
Each product has reward points allocated to it at 5% of it’s price excluding VAT, so...
A product that costs £9.95 will earn you 41 reward points.
£9.95 inc. VAT = £8.29 ex. VAT x 5% = 41

- How to spend your points

After each order has been processed, your reward points are automatically allocated to your account, ready for you to spend next time you shop with us!
Every reward point is worth 1p, so if you have 500 reward points on your account, that would total £5.00.
It's that simple!
In order to redeem your points you must be signed into your account.
You will then see an option asking if you want to use your points on your order and how many you’d like to use. You don’t have to use them all up in one go, you can save some for later if you like!
If you're checking out using the PayPal option you will be able to add your reward points when you return back to our website.

First you need to be signed in to you account.
Once you’re logged in, click on the 'Your Reward Points' link within the Your Account section
You will then see your Reward Points total and your Reward Points history detailed for you.
