Returns & Refunds

Important: Starting October 15, 2020, No returns will be allowed. All Sales are Final.

Please note returns will incur a 15% restocking fee. If returns exceed the $50 threshold for free shipping, a $10-$15 shipping surcharge will be applied.

Returns & RMA Numbers  

You may return goods ordered online with us for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt of goods. Delivery and return carriage is non refundable on goods ordered in error or goods that are no longer required.

Before returning your item(s), please request a returns RMA number using the link provided below. This will help us to track your return and ensure you receive your exchange or refund promptly.

Returns Form


You may cancel an order placed with us for full refund including carriage up until the point of dispatch by simply contacting us by telephone or email. After such time as the items have been dispatched, it would fall under our returns guidelines.

Please note that even though you may not have received your tracking information yet, it does not mean your order was not already dispatched. Our system sometimes takes a few minutes to hours to update your order information in which during that time, your order may have already been picked up.

Faulty or damaged goods  

If you receive your items damaged, you must make our sales team aware as soon as possible and we will arrange a "return and replace" of the damaged goods. Do not discard any of the original packaging as we would require this for an exchange.

Products that develop a fault  

If a product develops a fault, please contact us by email or phone to make us aware as soon as possible. We provide warranty on products and packaging up to 90 days from the date of purchase, excluding products that are deemed a consumable item - such as microfiber towels, wash mitts, brushes and other items that will invariably be subject to wear and tear from intended use.

Abuse, modification, alterations, or use of any product outside its intended or described purpose can be grounds for denial of warranty claims.

In all cases you must be willing to supply proof of purchase in the form of an order ID, invoice, or a confirmation e-mail.


Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. If we find any issues with the item(s), we will contact you by e-mail with more information. Once our returns department have finished this process, an automatic refund is then processed back onto your original payment method. Please note that the funds may take between 1-3 business days to post back onto your account.

When returning your product(s), please remember to include your original invoice. Without this or any other information on the order, it will delay the process in your refund.
